2018 Gaither Junior Fellows Program Nominee
I was nominated by Drexel for the Gaither Junior Fellows Program in 2018. I am applying to connect policy to my research in climate change and biodiversity as a Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment’s Energy and Climate Program.
Hollings Scholars Spend Summer on Research
This past summer I worked for NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information in Boulder, CO. This was made possible through the Hollings Scholarship Program that I had applied to last year. For my research I was developing a new global relief model to replace the current version published in 2009, ETOPO1. My experience was highlighted by the NCEI team on their blog.
2017 Udall Scholarship Recipient
I was selected as one of 50 Udall Scholars for 2017.
Drexel University's First Truman Scholar
I was selected as one of 62 Truman Scholars for 2017, and the first student from Drexel University to ever receive the award.
